Old Town Square was created in conjunction with the St. Vincent Foundation and the HOME program to provide affordable housing. The units are 2 bedroom and have a washer and dryer and a dish washer. There is one 2 bedroom handicapped accessable unit at this site. Off street parking and outside entrances enhance these units. MET bus routes travel on the same street for convenience to shopping etc.

Spring Gardens is an HAB Development site on the West end of Billings. This site offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments that are close to 32nd and King. It offers great shopping access, transportation, and is close to Big Sky Elementary School.
