Hours: Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You must make an appointment of visit with Staff. (See staff roster under “About Us” for phone numbers). At HAB individuals may pick up applications, information on our programs, attend mandatory orientations, meet with their program specialist or pay rent.
In case of emergencies in any Public Housing Unit that occurs after business hours (after 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, all day Saturdays and Sundays) please call 248-4111 to leave a message for on-call maintenance staff. Leave a phone number in order for them to assist you. Emergencies are threats to life and safety, such as broken water pipes, no heat, no water, broken windows and broken toilets in on bathroom units.
Driving directions: The HAB is located at 2415 1st Avenue North. 1st Avenue North is a one way street going west. HAB is next to Staley Tires and across the street from Montana Legal Services. It is kitty corner from the Bus Depot.
